Reduced Clinic Capacity & Physical Distancing Guidelines
In order to prioritize physical distancing wherever possible, Ally Pediatric Therapy has taken several steps:
- We have reduced capacity within our clinics and configured our space in order to promote physical distancing
- Minimized interaction between individuals in order to reduce opportunities for potential exposure
- Prioritized therapy in the home setting, where possible
- Leveraged technology for telehealth therapy, where possible
Daily Health Screening for Staff & Clients
- One of the strategies for reducing exposure between individuals is to prevent sick individuals from entering our clinics or the homes of our clients
- We have both staff and clients and their families conduct a daily health screening
- We follow CDC guidance for when it is safe for that individual to be around others
Limited Contact Drop-off & Pick-up
- We have designed a client drop-off and pick-up procedure that limits the need for individuals to enter our clinics
- Our staff members meet the client at their car and escort the child to the clinic
We Wear Face Coverings
- We require our staff to wear face coverings whenever they will be in close contact with other individuals
- While we do not require the children we serve to wear face coverings, we do assist families who are interested in strategies to have their child effectively tolerate wearing a face coverings
Enhanced Cleaning & Sanitization
- We have enhanced our cleaning and sanitization policies
- Our clinics are cleaned by janitors each night and our team cleans surfaces and toys throughout the day
- We have handwashing protocols in place for staff and clients at the beginning of every session and throughout the day
