We are extremely excited to announce that Raakel Elzy has joined Ally to take over the role of Paradise Valley Clinical Director! Raakel joins us from a local provider, where she most recently served as the Associate Director of Clinical Services. Raakel earned a Masters of Arts in Cross Categorical Special Education with Behavior Support Specialist Certificate from the University of Arizona and also received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona.
Dr. Kellie Band will be moving into a new role at Ally, Vice President of Clinical Development. In this role, Kellie will work to design, enable, train, and measure to high-quality clinical outcomes across Ally locations. Kellie will remain based in Paradise Valley.
We are grateful for the work that Kellie has done in her role as Clinical Director. Kellie has been instrumental in building Ally’s team and clinical approach in order to deliver amazing clinical outcomes to the families we serve. We are excited to see the impact that Kellie will have throughout our organization in her new role!
