COVID-19 Update

Dear Ally Community,

We are incredibly grateful for the support and resiliency you have shown in the past week as we made major changes to prioritize the health and safety of our entire community. We are committed to supporting the families we serve and will continue to help our kiddos learn and grow.

We have provided updates below on what we are doing as an organization, but please let us know if you have any questions. We’re all in this together and we will continue to be an ally to you and your family!

Our Move to In-Home & Telehealth for ABA Therapy:
On Tuesday, March 17, we temporarily moved most of our ABA Therapy to take place in the homes of our families. We made this decision in an effort to reduce the number of individuals each staff member and family comes into contact with.

Use of Telehealth Therapy:
We have also adapted to utilize telehealth technology when it is clinically effective and appropriate. This includes having our Board Certified Behavior Analysts provide remote supervision and parent training through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth tool. This allows our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to reduce the number of individuals they come into contact with, while still providing the necessary support to our staff, kiddos, and the families we serve.

Safety Precautions:
We have put a number of proactive and preventative safety measures in place, including:

What Comes Next?
We will continue to monitor guidance provided by local, state, and federal agencies regarding when we will be able to resume typical operations. We will provide regular updates as this guidance develops.

As a medically necessary healthcare provider, Ally Pediatric Therapy will continue to serve our community however possible.

With gratitude and hope,
Anthony Macleod & Ryan Goodrich
