Erin started her career in Behavior Analysis in 2006, while living in California and earning a B.A. in Literature from CSU Long Beach. Shortly after finishing her degree in 2009, she began working as a Clinical Supervisor for home and clinic-based programs for children diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities. In 2011, after finishing an M.A. in Teaching with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, she took her experience to Singapore where she continued working in homes and in clinics with children and their families. She took and passed her exam to become certified as a Behavior Analyst while living in Singapore in 2012, but returned to the United States shortly after.
