Brandie Britt, M.A., BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director - Gilbert

Brandie is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst from Gilbert, Arizona. She received her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and her Master's degree in Professional Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology.

Her passion for working with neurodiverse individuals began at a young age, when two family members received Autism diagnoses. She first began in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2008 as a technician and has enjoyed every step of growth along the way.

Brandie has extensive experience with children, teens and adults with Autism, Fragile-X and a variety of comorbid diagnoses across home, community, school and clinic settings. Her experience as a Managing Behavior Analyst allowed her opportunities to provide mentorship and supervision to technicians and emerging Behavior Analysts to ensure the highest quality of care and compassion.

Brandie's clinical expertise fall within executive functioning, social skills, self-advocacy and assent based care. Additionally, Brandie specializes in caregiver education of comprehensible ABA terminology and application, behavior support plans and individualized skill acquisition programs.

Brandie finds great value in collaboration, a healthy work-life balance and providing a supportive environment for growth as a leader.

Outside of work, you can find Brandie listening to music and enjoying time with her husband and daughter.
