Courtney Hilgart obtained her Master’s in Education and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2016. Her experience working with children with special needs began in 2008 during her undergraduate studies. She later entered the ABA field in 2014 while initially pursuing a Master's degree in Counseling. While working as a Registered Behavior Technician, Courtney fell in love with ABA and decided to further her education in the ABA field, obtaining her master's degree soon after. Courtney has experience working in a variety of settings including in home, in clinic, and in the community. She has extensive experience conducting parent training and enjoys seeing the impact it can have on children and their families. In addition, she has experience with DTT, NET, skills acquisition and reduction in maladaptive behaviors. Courtney enjoys continuously learning and expanding her knowledge in the ABA field. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and being outdoors.
