Erin started her career in Behavior Analysis in 2006, while living in California and earning a B.A. in Literature from CSU Long Beach. Shortly after finishing her degree in 2009, she began working as a Clinical Supervisor in-home and clinic-based programs for children diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities. In 2011, after finishing an M.A. in Teaching with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, she took her experience to Singapore where she continued working in homes and in clinic with children and their families. She took and passed her exam to become certified as a Behavior Analyst while living in Singapore in 2012 but returned to the United States shortly after.
After returning from Singapore, Erin spent one more year in Southern California before making a move to the Valley of the Sun. Since moving to Phoenix, Erin has worked across a variety of settings and funding sources including private insurance, school districts, behavior health, and DDD. In 2015, she began her work with the Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis, taking over the leadership of the Publications Committee. Since then, she has held the roles of Ethics Committee Chair, President-Elect, President, and Past President.
Erin is passionate about the intersection and application of business development and behavior analysis. She uses a values-based approach to decision making, both at home and work, and is constantly reflecting and seeking to grow. When not working, you can find Erin at home with her dog and cats, at CrossFit, or cheering on the Phoenix Mercury.
