Clinical Director - Paradise Valley

Eunice Apacible-Mencias joined Ally Pediatric Therapy in 2021 as the Clinical Director of the Paradise Valley location. She started as an ABA therapist in 2008 in California. She stumbled upon ABA by chance after working in the auditing field. After meeting various clients, it became apparent that she wanted to pursue this rewarding field. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2014 and has held several positions throughout her career: Behavior Interventionist, Clinical/Managing Supervisor, Behavior Consultant, Assistant Clinical Director, and Clinical Director. Additionally, Eunice has experience working with adults with special needs as a Social Worker Assistant. She moved to Arizona in 2018 and became a Licensed Behavior Analyst.

Eunice has overseen ABA treatments in the home, school, community, and center-based settings. She has provided consultation to school districts. She is passionate about staff mentorship, parent & caregiver training, reduction of problem behaviors, community outreach, and collaboration of care. She has also facilitated camps, social skills groups, and workshops for various audiences.

As a mother, she empathizes with the joys and challenges that parents face. Having 3 beautiful children of her own, she is very committed to being an Ally of the families she serves.
