Kelsey joined Ally Pediatric Therapy in February of 2018. Kelsey started her career working as a paraprofessional in 2016 with a child who received applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. When Kelsey saw how influential the impacts of ABA were for this student, she quickly became a Registered Behavior Technician. After discovering that Applied Behavior Analysis was her passion, she entered into Arizona State University’s Masters of Curriculum and Instruction (Applied Behavior Analysis) program. Throughout school, she continued working in multiple settings with various clients and eventually completed her Master’s degree in the Fall of 2018. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in February of 2019.
With over three years of experience in the field, Kelsey has gained skills in various areas throughout her experience including in-home, clinic, and school settings. She has experience with a wide range of ages of individuals with autism and related disorders. Kelsey has implemented various interventions such as pivotal response treatment, discrete trial training, and natural environment teaching. Her favorite part about working at Ally Pediatric Therapy is the tight collaboration among providers, the close relationships she has with her clients and their families, and the positive impact that she sees ABA having on so many people’s lives.
