Kelsey joined Ally in 2018 as a Lead Behavior Technician. Kelsey obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and began her journey working with children as a paraprofessional in a classroom setting. Shortly after, she became a Registered Behavior Technician in 2016, and implemented skill acquisition programs for children in-home, schools, and community settings. Currently, Kelsey is obtaining her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis through Arizona State University and plans to graduate in August 2018.
Kelsey loves working in this field because she is able to go to work every day knowing that in some way, big or small, she positively impacts the individuals she works with, and they too, positively impact her. “I love that I get to learn something new every day from the kids I work with.”
