Michele Vail, M.A., BCBA, LBA

Michele is a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Arizona. Michele received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2008 and her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling in 2012 from Argosy University. Michele first joined the field of ABA in 2008 and has been serving families ever since.

Michele has experience working with all age groups, from 2 years old into adulthood, in a variety of settings including home, clinic, community and school. Michele has extensive experience with early intervention learners and establishing comprehensive and focused programs. Michele served has a Managing Behavior Analyst for 3 years prior to joining Ally, training and overseeing the development of new BCBA’s in the field and ensuring the highest quality of care.

Outside of work, Michele enjoys playing kickball and softball, trying new restaurants, and cuddling with her 3 cats.
