Quincy joined Ally Pediatric in September of 2019. Quincy first became interested in behavior analysis during behavioral labs and practicum experience during undergraduate study at University of Nebraska-Omaha. This experience motivated Quincy to complete his master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University, and he is certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst through the BACB. Additionally, he is a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona, member of Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), Arizona Association for Behavior Analysts (AZABA), and a former member of Colorado Association for Behavior Analysts (COABA). Quincy has experience working in a clinic, home, and schools. Prior to his career as a behavior analyst he held positions in construction, retail, food service, and the timber industry.

Quincy has a passion for making progress, attaining goals, and using motivation to teach new skills. He enjoys teaching early language development, social skills, daily living skills, group instruction, and reducing maladaptive behavior,

In his free time Quincy likes to ride his bicycle, only to achieve the accolade of dead last in 125-mile gravel jackrabbit race. He mentioned “that it is the only way to have his mind completely clear and only having to avoid a crash”. He also enjoys competition of any form (e.g., pool, darts, bocce ball, basketball, bowling, tennis, foosball, pickleball, etc.).
