Robbin Thibodeaux Nunez, CHE

Robbin joins Ally with over thirty-five years of Human Resources experience and is an active member of AzHREF and SHRMGP. She has worked across a wide variety of companies from hotels and hospitality to mortgage and private lending. She has grown and led successful teams with her expertise in onboarding, talent acquisition, and mentoring. She prides herself in being collaborative and approachable, with a unique talent for training. Robbin holds several Human Resources certifications such as CHE (Certified Hospitality educator), PSCT (Culture Trainer) Aspire Trained Certified trainer and coach.

In Robbin’s free time, she is passionate about educating and bringing awareness to the meningococcal meningitis vaccine. She has contributed to numerous speaking engagements on this topic across the country, including in front of the California Senate where she successfully was able to get a bill passed.

Robbin resides in Goodyear with her husband and two fur babies. She is a proud new "Mimi" to her first grandchild and loves to travel to Seattle to spend time with him and her daughter. She loves hockey (Go Kraken & Kings!) and enjoys cooking - especially Cajun dishes.
