Veronica Vale, M.S., BCBA, LBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Veronica Vale is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona. Veronica joined Ally Pediatric Therapy in March 2021.

Veronica accidentally fell into the field of behavior analysis looking for a summer job in 2017. While pursuing her undergraduate degrees, Veronica worked as a licensed registered behavior technician providing direct therapy implementation to variety of clients and as a training coordinator teaching new hires the fundamentals of applied behavior analysis. Veronica received her undergraduate degree in both Psychology, B.A. and Human Development/Family Science, B.S. with an emphasis in child development from Arizona State University in 2019. She pursued her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, M.S. and graduated in 2021.

Veronica has worked with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities since 2017. She started direct therapy implementation in-home, in-clinic, and community settings implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatment. Veronica's professional interests include behavior reduction in individuals with self-injurious behaviors, teaching ABA to people across all backgrounds, neurodivergence teaching/acceptance, and empathy/compassionate training in individuals diagnosed with ASD.
