I really enjoyed working at Ally. The work done with clients is so rewarding and brings a sense of accomplishment related to career growth. The upper management team did a fantastic job communicating and implementing protocols due to Covid-19. Transitioning clients into the home was a large challenge and I personally did not enjoy attending sessions as much as I did when we were in the clinic; I realize we’re living in odd times so this was out of the company’s control. However, clients are being transitioned slowly back into the clinic setting, which I believe will improve employee satisfaction. BCBA’s at Ally are amazing and truly care about you individually. This is a great place to work to start your career, grow into senior positions, and build sustainable work relationships. Pros Compensation, ability to add more hours, very supportive BCBA’s and SLP’s Cons Short or no breaks during sessions
Ally is an amazing company. I have never worked for a company that truly values its employee's well-being more than this company. Management was always very informative on what was going on, especially with everything related to COVID. BCBA's (supervisor) were excellent to work with and always gave very constructive feedback and helped me learn a lot. With COVID still being an ongoing issue, you may be working in-home instead of the clinic. That was something that I personally struggled with. They are working on getting everyone back into the clinic as things get better with COVID. The job is very rewarding and when you see a client achieve something that they haven't before, it's magical. Pros Rewarding, great management and team.
The BCBAs here are phenomenal and do their best to help you meet goals and grow. The staff does their best to have each other's backs and the families truly appreciate the work we do Pros Clients. Staff. Cons Growing pains
Ally Pediatric Therapy's values align with my values as a person and professional. I am proud to work for a company such as this. I go to work every day feeling grateful the opportunity I have to make a difference in the lives of those we serve. I highly recommend Ally as an excellent place to work! Pros CEU stipend (generous!), great benefits, PTO and sick leave, awesome work culture Cons None!
