I was born seven minutes before my twin brother, Nick, but we faced very different life circumstances. Nick was diagnosed with a developmental disorder and epilepsy at an early age, and later, autism.
I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to grow up with Nick by my side. I learned so much from him and our family’s experience – empathy, grit, and the amazing uniqueness that lives within each person.
I also saw the challenges it presented to Nick and my family. My parents fought relentlessly to help Nick and make sure that he had a life filled with happiness and love, no matter what.
We started this company to be an ally to children like Nick, to families like mine, and to the incredible, passionate therapists and individuals whose life mission is to help children with autism. We are so grateful and honored to have the opportunity to do work that is so meaningful to us as individuals and as a team. Thank you for trusting us.
Co-Founder of Ally Pediatric Therapy
Our approach to therapy is unique to other practices. We heavily incorporate the child’s interests and motivating factors into teaching moments through a play-based, child-led approach to therapy. Keeping the sessions enjoyable for each and every child we serve is important to us so that they are motivated to keep learning. We also integrate the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) with speech-language pathology to address challenges with speech, communication, and feeding.
Passionate People Who Care
Every employee is trained in ABA and Speech principles, ensuring a comprehensive treatment plan that reflects the unique needs of each child.
The collaboration of our staff reinforces what works best for each child across every discipline, maximizing progress and minimizing setbacks.
Outcomes matter. We work together because collaborating produces the most meaningful learning for the children we support.
Our clinics are conveniently located in the Greater Phoenix area and are designed to have a mix of fun, engaging toys and equipment to facilitate different styles of learning and play. Our treatment rooms are designed for focused, 1:1 treatment, and cater to different styles of learning and play.
