Anthony Macleod co-founded Ally Pediatric Therapy in 2017 and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. Anthony has a unique mix of experience ranging from finance to healthcare operations. Most recently, Anthony co-founded an investment firm focused on identifying attractive opportunities in the autism therapy industry, which culminated in the formation of Ally Pediatric Therapy. Prior to that, Anthony led growth and operational initiatives for BCP Group, an orthotics and prosthetics company based in Nashville, TN, and also served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of American HomePatient, a national provider of durable medical equipment and home medical equipment based in Brentwood, TN. Anthony also has experience in investment banking, where he advised business owners on mergers and acquisitions.
Anthony holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of New Hampshire. Anthony was drawn to serving children with autism through his personal experience with his twin brother, Nicholas, who was diagnosed with autism as a young child. He is an active member of the Phoenix community, including Social Venture Partners Arizona, and was a member of the Phoenix Business Journal's 40 Under 40 Class of 2020.
