Debbie Mulder., M.A., BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director - Surprise

Debbie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is licensed in the state of Arizona. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education in 2007, and Master’s in Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2015.

Debbie began her career in behavior analysis in 2007 as a technician in South Carolina, and continued as a technician after moving to Arizona in 2010. In addition to serving as a technician, Debbie held roles as a lead technician, a trainer, a training and development specialist, and assistant supervisor.

Debbie became BCBA in 2015. During her career, Debbie has overseen a varied population, ranging from ages 2-20. Debbie has experience with early intervention programming, severe problem behavior reduction, social programming, and transition to adulthood.

In addition to case oversight, Debbie has extensive experience in caregiver training and coordination of care with other services. Debbie has worked together with Speech and Occupational therapists, Individual and Family Counselors, School Support staff, long-term-care providers, and medical staff to ensure consistency of treatment.

Debbie’s most recent position in behavioral health allowed an opportunity to work with multiple comorbid diagnoses, including ADHD, DMDD, Down Syndrome, and various seizure disorders.

Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and volunteering at her church.
