Jessica McClain

Jessica is an HR professional that came to us from a nonprofit in the Portland, Oregon area. She started her HR career as a corporate trainer, opening new restaurants. In that time, she realized her career path was geared toward the recruiting side of HR. She then moved into the healthcare field where she become a healthcare recruiter. Finding talented individuals that have the patience and caring needed to care for our population is what helps drive Jessica. Needless to say, this has shaped her into the compassionate and caring professional she is today. She is very much a people person that has a special knack for connecting with anyone she meets. This helps her build strong relationships within her community and in business. Jessica is a champion for growth and improvement.

In her free time, she is probably playing with her Goldendoodle, teaching her new tricks. Jessica also enjoys trying new recipes and hosting dinner night with the family. She enjoys any sport but favors football. She is very competitive and always up for a challenge.
