Mayzie Rogers
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Mayzie Rogers is a homegrown Arizonan who joined the Ally family in July 2021. She is the oldest of 5 children and has been around kids her entire life. Mayzie earned her associate degree at MCC, where she participated in service projects, the campus psychology club, and leadership roles. She went on to get her bachelor’s degree in psychology with an emphasis in child development from New Mexico Highlands University; this is also where she took her first course in Applied Behavior Analysis. At NMHU, Mayzie was a part of the campus psychology club, a peer mentor, and a Resident Assistant in her residence hall. After graduating, Mayzie became a behavior technician and has been working in behavioral health ever since.
Mayzie’s experience is primarily with children between the ages of 2 and 10 who have a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. Shortly after becoming an RBT, Mayzie applied to ASU’s master’s program for Applied Behavior Analysis and started that next semester. Since then, Mayzie has finished her master’s degree, fulfilled her clinical experience hours, and passed the national certification exam. Mayzie is a strong supporter of the autism community and strives to magnify the voices of this population. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care that helps to increase the autonomy of her clients and maximize their potential. When Mayzie is not working, she loves to spend time with her family and pup, watch The Office, and do arts-and-crafts (currently learning how to crochet).
