Morgan Herath, M.H.S., CCC-SLP/L
Supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
Morgan has been working as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for over 11 years, working with children from preschool age through middle school. She received her bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Illinois State University, and her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Governors State University. Morgan has supported students in ABA classrooms during her time as a school-based SLP and has seen just how beneficial ABA can be in the progress of her students’ communication goals.
Morgan’s passions as a clinician include parent coaching and education, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), as well as literacy and play-based therapy. Morgan joined Ally Pediatric Therapy in November 2023 to become part of a collaborative team-focused approach to treating the whole child while also providing support to the family in the process.
In her free time, Morgan enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with friends and family, and hiking with her dog Cooper.
