Pilar joined Ally Pediatric Therapy in July of 2019. Pilar began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis when she was studying and researching canine behavior at Illinois State University. After moving to the valley for graduate school, Pilar shifted her focus to children with autism and became a Registered Behavior Technician. In May of 2019, Pilar earned her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in September of 2019. Additionally, she became a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) through the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners. Currently, Pilar is working towards her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis through the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
In her spare time Pilar enjoys playing the piano, doing yoga, singing karaoke, and spending time with her dog and family!
