Shelby Leinweber, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Shelby discovered her love for working with children with special needs while volunteering at a therapeutic horseback riding facility in Phoenix during her undergraduate studies. Watching the kids overcome their challenges and gain confidence was so inspiring to her. When Shelby moved to Boulder, CO in 2017, she knew she needed to find a job where she could continue to work with kids with developmental disabilities. That’s when she discovered the field of ABA. Shelby worked as an RBT for two years before gaining her BCaBA where she worked as an assistant to a BCBA for a year. Shelby is so excited to bring her skills and experience to Ally Pediatric Therapy to support more kids and their families.

Shelby has always been a Sun Devil, graduating with a B.S. in Speech and Hearing Sciences and an M.Ed. in Special Education (Applied Behavior Analysis) with a Certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders from Arizona State University. In her free time, Shelby loves to read, spend time with her family, and binge-watch The Office!
